Yet another Professor Pods ‘White label’ special edition chilli sauce. This is where we get experimental and test out new chilli varieties or concepts before committing to adding a new sauce to our core range.
Killer Canary is the tougher, hotter big brother to our popular Incan Gold sauce. Another single variety sauce employing a very rare capsiscum baccatum from the Professor Pods chilli archives. This sauce has a clear citrus front end, underpinned by warm fruity tones and a crushed black peppercorn finish. The heat is quite manageable and long lasting, but not at all intrusive. This sauce leaves you with a really pleasant afterglow.
Killer Canary is a great everyday table sauce when you fancy a bit more kick, yet perhaps not something as full-on as our superhot sauce range. Killer Canary will work beautifully in zesty salad dressings, spicy mayonnaise, homemade salsas and soups. If you liked Incan Gold it's fairly certain you'll like Killer Canary too!
