Ok, here's a new offering from Professor Pods and it's a doozy! This one has been crafted from the ground up to be the perfect all-rounder for the committed hot sauce fanatic.
Created by blending together some of our favourite homegrown Caribbbean superhot pods, it strikes an almost perfect balance between delivering a great heat and an outstanding flavour. Heat-wise, this sits squarely in the middle between our less extreme, but amazingly tasty Bonda Ma Jacques, Orange Habanero and Bahamian Goat Pepper sauces, and our top drawer, nuclear hot Superhot Special Editions.
The initial taste, which dominates for the first minute or so, is fruity, peppery and then yields to a massive creamy chinense flavour. This gives way to strong citrus tastes and a real creeper heat profile. Don't underestimate this one.....
It's really perfect for cooking with and as an all round condiment. If you can take the heat, the flavour is sure to win you over. An instant classic!
